Wolffdene Quarry | Under Construction
Ridge was engaged to deliver a turn-key 500tph four-stage crushing plant at Wolffdene Quarry in South-East Queensland. With demand growing across construction and concrete markets, Heidelberg Materials needed additional capacity without increasing rehandling, complexity or cost per tonne.
Delivered end-to-end under a full EPC model — design, supply, installation and commissioning managed by Ridge — the plant has been engineered as a single, integrated system. It combines the four-stage crushing circuit with surge and stockpile capacity, an optimised layout to reduce handling distance, built-in dust and noise controls, and an integrated control system enabling automated operation, sequencing and monitoring.
The result is a plant designed to lift throughput, deliver consistent product across multiple streams from the outset, and run cleaner with less operator intervention.
