Primary Station Upgrade

Targeting an increase in production of 200tph, Ridge was engaged to undertake a jaw crusher upgrade. Ridge’s scope was to design, construct and manage the new Metso C160 jaw crusher installation. The scope included checking of existing structures for suitability under new loads, design and construct inlet chute, crusher support adaptor frame to mount to existing structure, access platforms and strengthening of existing structures.
