4 Stage Crushing Plant

Ridge designed and built a 350tph crushing plant tailored to the resource's challenges. The 600tph primary station managed large sizes and clay content, with scalping separating lower-quality rock. A 2,500t pile stored quality crushed material. Secondary and tertiary stages had dedicated screens for varied rock grades. The quaternary crusher, used as needed, enhanced rock shape and minimised energy use.
